Static Caravan Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking:
£100 per week, or
£75 for short breaks.
Provisional bookings will be held for 1 day only.
The remaining balance is due 28 days before arrival.
If you need to cancel your holiday, this must be done in writing. The cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your written notice. Deposits are non-refundable.
For cancellations made less than 28 days before arrival, we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation. However, if this is not possible, you will remain liable for the full balance.
We strongly recommend taking out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
All prices include VAT.
Unfortunately, no refunds or credits can be given if guests leave before the end of their booked stay.
 
2. Changes or Cancellations by Us

We do not expect to have to make changes to your booking. However, occasionally problems may occur, and we may need to change or cancel your booking.

We will only do this in the following circumstances:

Essential Works
If we need to carry out essential remedial or refurbishment work, we will do our best to offer you a suitable alternative booking.
If we cannot offer an alternative, or if you do not accept the alternatives offered, the booking will be treated as cancelled, and we will refund all payments made.
Events Beyond Our Control
If unforeseen circumstances arise beyond our control (for example, severe weather making the accommodation inaccessible), we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative booking for the same or alternative dates.
If you do not accept the alternative, the booking will be deemed cancelled, and no refund will be offered.
 

3. Occupancy and Age Policy

The number of people staying in a static caravan must not exceed the number stated on your booking, unless agreed with us in advance.
All children, regardless of age, count as one occupant.
We are unable to accept bookings from:
Unaccompanied persons under the age of 18, or
All-male or all-female groups of three or more, unless agreed by us beforehand.
 
4. Static Caravan Rules

Please leave your static caravan clean and tidy at the end of your stay.
Any damages must be reported and paid for.
Static caravans are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Trevaylor Campsite staff reserve the right to enter any static caravan at a reasonable time.
Smoking is not permitted inside any static caravan, on the steps of the static, near open doors or windows or in any building on the park. Please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly and do not leave them outside your accommodation.
 
5. Dogs

Dogs are welcome only in the following static caravans: “Botallack,” “Crowns,” and “Chycornish.”
Additional charges apply.
Dogs must not be allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.
Dogs must never be left unattended in the static caravans.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on site, and owners must clean up after them.
 
6. Site Rules

Supermarket deliveries are not permitted on site – please support our local shops and suppliers.
Electric vehicle charging is not allowed under any circumstances using the static caravan’s electrics.
Visitors who are not staying overnight must leave the campsite by 9pm.
Visitor cars should be parked next to the static caravan they are visiting or outside the campsite.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:30pm and 7am for the comfort of all guests.
Be considerate to others – keep radios, music, and televisions at a low volume.
 
7. Liability and Force Majeure

The owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay.
The campsite cannot be held responsible for refunds or compensation if we are unable to fulfil your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disasters, epidemics, or similar events (Force Majeure).
We recommend that all guests have adequate holiday insurance to cover such eventualities.
 

Bell Tent Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

The balance of payment is due 28 days before arrival.
If you need to cancel your holiday, this must be done in writing. The cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your written notice. Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your holiday less than 28 days before arrival, we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation. However, if we are unable to do so, you will remain liable for the full balance.
We strongly recommend taking out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
All prices include VAT.
We are unable to accept bookings from unaccompanied persons under 18 years of age.

Bell tents are available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival.
They must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
Trevaylor Campsite staff reserve the right to enter a bell tent at any reasonable time.
 
5. Visitors

All visitors who are not staying overnight must leave the campsite by 9:00pm
Visitor vehicles must be parked next to the bell tent they are visiting or outside the campsite.
Visitors are not permitted to use the showers while on site.
 
6. Site Rules

Smoking is not permitted in any bell tent or in any building on the park.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:30pm and 7:00am for the comfort of all guests.
Be considerate to others by keeping radios, music, and televisions at a low volume.
Please use the bins provided for household rubbish only and take home any other waste, including items such as BBQs, electrical items, or inflatables.
 
7. Early Departures

We regret that no refunds can be given if guests depart before the end of their booked holiday.
 

Touring Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% (minimum £5) is required for all advance bookings.
If you cancel your holiday, the cancellation will take effect on the date we receive your written notice. Deposits are non-refundable.
The balance of payment is due 28 days before arrival.
No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation. We strongly recommend taking out appropriate holiday insurance.
All prices include VAT.
 
2. Changes or Cancellations by Us

If it becomes impossible to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control, we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative booking for either the same or alternative dates.

If you do not accept the alternative offered, the booking will be deemed cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
 
3. Booking Conditions

We cannot accept bookings from unaccompanied persons under 18 years old. Unless by prior arrangement.
Single-gender groups (male or female) are only permitted by prior arrangement.
Group bookings of three or more units (tents, touring caravans, motorhomes, or accommodation hires) travelling together are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
Bookings must not include more than one household.
 
4. Pitch and Equipment Requirements

The size of your unit, including any tents, gazebos, or kitchen tents, must be confirmed at the time of booking to ensure a suitable pitch is allocated.
If your unit exceeds the booked pitch size and no suitable alternative is available, your booking may not be fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
Pitch sizes are clearly shown on the booking system — please check carefully before confirming your booking.
Breathable ground sheets must be used on all pitches.
Barbecues and stoves must be raised off the ground to protect the grass. Open fires are not permitted.
Washing of caravans, motorhomes, or cars is not allowed on site.
A standard 25m electric cable is required to access all electric hook-up points.
While we will do our best to allocate your preferred pitch, this cannot be guaranteed.
Extensions to your stay are subject to availability and may not be on the same pitch.
 
5. Arrival and Departure

Pitches are available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure.
Departures after this time may incur an additional night’s pitch fee.
No arrivals after 7:00pm unless agreed in advance.
Please follow pitching instructions on arrival — your pitch is between the numbered posts, including space for cars, water carriers, and equipment.
 
6. Conduct and Noise

Please be considerate to other guests — keep radios, music, and televisions at a low volume.
Quiet hours are between 10:30pm and 7:00am.
Please dispose of household rubbish only in the bins provided.
Take home any other waste, including tents, gazebos, BBQs, inflatables, and electrical items.
 
7. Dogs

Dogs are welcome on the understanding that they are kept on a lead at all times and that owners clean up after them.
The site does not accept breeds or crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (including XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
Dogs must not be left unattended on the campsite.
 
8. Visitors

All visitors must leave the campsite by 9:00pm.
Visitor vehicles must be parked on the pitch they are visiting or outside the campsite.
Visitors are not permitted to use the showers while on site.
 
9. Additional Site Rules

Supermarket deliveries are not permitted — please support local shops and suppliers.
No refunds can be given if guests depart early for any reason.
