Electric Pitches ‘Pay as you Go’ System

Campavolt Metered Electric gives campers access to electricity while ensuring they only pay for the power they use. You can top up conveniently from your pitch monitor your usage and then refund your unused credit back to yourself at the end of your stay.  You must do this prior to leaving site or the refund will not be processed. 
 
Step 1: Activate Your Electric Supply

Option A — QR Code Activation

1. Scan the QR code on the electric box using your phone camera.
2. Open the Campavolt payment page.
3. Check your pitch number against the pitch number on the screen
4. Add credit using your preferred payment method.
5. Once payment is confirmed, your electric supply will activate automatically

Option B — visit the website

1. Visit www.campavolt.co.uk/camper.html
2.  Enter the serial number on the EHU box assigned to your pitch number then Submit
3.  Follow the instructions as above

Step 2: Monitor Your Usage - you can see the following 

1. Remaining credit
2. Top-up options
3. Usage updates in real time so you can manage your electricity efficiently.

Step 3: Top Up Credit

1. Return to the Campavolt payment page.
2. Select “Top Up”.
3. Add additional credit instantly.
4. Power interruption may occur if credit reaches zero.

Step 4: Refund unused Credit - You must do this before checking out otherwise the refund will not be processed. 

1. Return to the usage page by visiting the website or scanning the QR code
2. Press the refund button to process your refund
